VECIH OUDAH, Co-founder and Chairman of UBC Holding, a global conglomerate overseeing 28 companies across diverse sectors including financial instruments, energy, construction, agriculture, mining, industrial manufacturing, petroleum, and Notably, As the Founder and CEO of UBC Holding, he has led the company toward a strong global presence, particularly through its import-export arm, UBC Import Export, which was awarded the Platinum Award by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (ITKIB) in 2023, affirming its leadership position in Turkey’s export market.

Overseeing four financial companies within the group, specializing in delivering financial solutions to governments and corporations facing challenges across the Middle East, North Africa, and globally. With over 20 years of experience in SWIFT procedures and bank instrument trading, strong relationships have been built with top-tier banks and major financial institutions. In terms of investments, the philosophy is to seize every productive opportunity, regardless of the circumstances. A successful entrepreneur capitalizes on opportunities whenever they arise. Additionally, there is extensive experience in financial brokerage, with several companies in London and Dubai focused on global exchange markets and FOREX trading.
Mining Sector
UBC Holding is a diversified global investment group headquartered in Istanbul, with operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in financial structuring, financial instruments, mining, capital markets, commodities, and industrial and technology investments. In mining, it operates through an integrated network across the full value chain, including extraction in Sudan through Rania Mining, processing and operations via UBCS Mining in Sudan and Zambia, technical support through Share Mine and Atlas Core, expansion through Crown Rock in Egypt, and trading through UBC Brand in Turkey. This structure enables UBC to improve efficiency, strengthen operational control, maximize resource value, and support sustainable growth and international expansion.

Established in 1991, the group has been a key player in international trade across diverse sectors, including oil, steel, gold, silver, industrial and agricultural materials, foodstuffs, and petrochemical products. Operating on a global scale, the emphasis is on a limitless scope of work from East to West. Numerous commercial agencies are held worldwide, including exclusive representation for two Chinese car brands in Iraq. The group has also facilitated numerous procurement transactions for various governments. A reputation for integrity and excellence in handling significant trade transactions has made the group a preferred partner for many traders globally. In 2023, the group was honored with two awards from the Ministry of Trade of Turkey, recognizing it as one of the top five textile exporters in Turkey.

Energy Sector
Involved in the energy sector for many years, the group has participated in a range of global projects aimed at establishing power plants. Have focused on developing technologies that generate electricity from waste across various locations. This method not only helps in reducing fuel consumption but also utilizes waste to enhance environmental conditions and contribute to combating global warming. Given that landfills produce harmful gases affecting soil and groundwater, converting waste into energy is a key priority for the team. They are currently in discussions with the Iraqi government to establish several new plants. Moreover, as part of the strategy to advance green energy solutions, the group has been actively engaged in setting up numerous solar energy plants worldwide, especially in Africa, to promote clean and renewable energy sources

My Charitable Contributions
I believe that giving enriches life. To support education, I provide university scholarships to deserving students, helping to build a more developed community. In Iraq, I've set up sewing centers to create jobs, particularly for widows, and I also offer employment to orphans in Saudi Arabia through my mobile maintenance company.

Healthcare, Relief, & Youth Development
I established a fund for critical medical operations in Iraq and am working on relief aid for Africa to improve conditions there. Additionally, I am developing programs to boost youth productivity and have many more ideas to promote a more compassionate and thriving world.
